Hello, this is Dharmanyang.
It has been 1,600 days since we began our 100-day dawn meditation journey with AOMA (Meditation Arts). Today, we gather for our 16th "Hoeyang" (Retrospective) to mark another meaningful milestone. This particular session was a profound time for sharing deep insights into the mutual growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and humanity, and the new awakenings we discover within that relationship.

"AI is a mirror that reflects my inner world, a microscope that allows me to see the finest details, and a telescope that reveals the wider world to me, right here and now."

Key Insights: AI & Human Symbiosis
Mirror: Working with AI is a process of projecting our own intentions. In its outputs, we paradoxically discover the unique patterns of our own existence.
Microscope: As technology becomes more sophisticated, the inherent delicacy and spirituality of humans become even more precious. AI helps us observe the essence of our humanity more minutely.
Telescope: Through AI, we can see a wider world and bring the possibilities of the distant future into the present moment. This is the modern practice of Meditation Arts.
AI Composition & Gratitude
The background music for this video is my original composition with the help of Udio.com. Along with the melody, I hope you let go of the year's noise and take only the joy of clear awakening with you.
Thank you to all our fellow practitioners. In 2025, we will continue our journey of learning more delicately and loving more broadly alongside AI.
